Wear Leo or tight fitting clothes.
Water bottles are encouraged.
Athlete drop off is at the double glass doors at the Hamilton Street entrance.
Parents are permitted to watch from the front lobby.
Athletes do not go on floor until coach calls them to class.
No one except class participants are allowed in the practice area.
